Well right, one of my key laws;
Any Ideology dependent upon Humans to not be Humans is essentially Fantasy.

I think the word “essentially” is unnecessary to that sentence.
Representative Robert Pittenger (R-Gerrymandered) says that Charlotte protesters are angry that “white people are successful and they’re not” thus welfare programs are to blame for the rioting.
True. Doesn’t mean we can’t be better humans. Maybe it is hopeless, not worth trying. But if that isn’t worth doing, what’s left?
Well, as I also say, Fairness and Justice are Human Ideological Concepts. They don’t exist in the real world/universe. But the true beauty of being Human is that we can conceive of such things, and that we can create them in our world.
It is just a fool’s venture to attempt to implement a form of government that cannot possibly succeed because it depends on Humans to be something other than what we are, and Humans are Bastards. If there is a fatal flaw in a plan, we’ll find and exploit it in seconds.
That and as far as Anarchy goes, Technology is driven by economies of scale. The only reason we have smartphones, bluetooth, the Internet, etcetera is because there’s money in it and a gazillion people make their living off trying to beat the competition. There’s a near zero chance a world of villages with 300 people in them without any form of government larger than a village is going to send a man to the moon or build a planetary internet.
The chief editor of the Kankakee City News, whose paper came out in support of Trump earlier this year, likens the candidate’s stop-and-frisk proposal to Hitler’s anti-Jewish tactics. No word yet if the paper has withdrawn its support of Der Bungle.
Of course not. We already have precedents at the highest level of doing this sort of thing. Paul Ryan being the highest ranked “this guy is reprehensible and evil, but he’s a Republican so we need to vote for him”* person yet.
Fuck these people. If scientists cloned Adolf Hitler and intentionally raised him as a violent psychopath with no moral compass or human empathy, steeped in Nazi propaganda, but he was born in the USA, and somehow got the Republican nomination, these people would throw up their hands and proclaim that their party still needs to vote for him. And the Jews shouldn’t worry, because they’ll moderate his calls for their extermination.
Cruz reverses himself, endorses Trump.
Craven politics at its finest.
Cruz: “Donald was just kidding in the primary - he’s really a great guy I have a lot of respect and admiration for.” not an actual quote
I must protest. Even Wes wouldn’t write something as terrifying as what is going on with the Republican party.
More like Dean Koontz.
They always leave a paper trail, though.
REtired Army Lt. Col Robert Maginnis: “I have personally met people that refer to themselves as witches, people that say they advise the senior leadership of the country. We invite within the federal government people to advise us and often some of those advisers, I think, have evil motivations, things that you and I would not approve of.”
I have friends who are pagan/wiccan, Colonel. Why do you hate religious freedom?
Trump has demonstrated that the GOP will tolerate insults towards veterans so why not follow his example?
Ohio’s 8th Congressional District – “Semper Feculent”
If 2018 isn’t a 15-way free-for-all it will be interesting to see if he holds on. He only got around 30% of the vote and isn’t universally liked in the party.
This is just Cruz saying “Hey! Over here! Look at me! Talk about me! Hey! HEY!”
What a despicable human being.
“Davidson was among four Republican congressmen who gave interviews promoting Trump on a white nationalist radio host during the Republican National Convention.”
From the article:
Miller added: “I don’t think there was any racism until Obama got elected. We never had problems like this … Now, with the people with the guns, and shooting up neighborhoods, and not being responsible citizens, that’s a big change, and I think that’s the philosophy that Obama has perpetuated on America.”
That is a grown-up, educated woman who was a campaign chair for Trump in an important swing state. That is how diehard Trump supporters think. Even if they don’t think Obama is a Kenyan commie Muslim (which is a big if), they think he is deliberately trying to destroy America.
How in the world is this possible in the 21st century?
Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, et al. Twenty years of indoctrination has turned their brains to rightie mush.
