Ok, he’s not nationally known. (not even state or county-wide) But he is a Republican, trust me. My boss at work. Just yesterday he was talking to a vendor and the weather was mentioned. (The last 4 days or so have been pretty cold here.) The typical “where’s your global warmig, now” stupidity came up, and they encouraged each other and agreed that weather patterns really were “cyclical” after all, if you just looked at the “big picture.” Get ready for this. Brace yourself. After just expressing skepticism about global warming he then goobered: “You know, the Farmers Almanac said it was going to be really cold, and here it is.”
All joking aside, fetal parts have a valid place in medical science research. This company, for example, avoids the word fetal in the top level selections, but if you dig down a little you’ll find it.
I always try and preempt these people by saying that no, the Farmer’s Almanac is actually calling for mild snowless weather. A look of disappointment generally follows. None of these folks actually read the Farmer’s Almanac from my experience. It is just the “rumor” going around every damn year about the awful weather coming per FA that creates excitement. Weird, isn’t it?
I was kinda having the same thought. Put together a joke/parody/traumatizing site that listed various baby parts for sale and :eek: descriptions of each. Then include “Whole Baby, deceased” and “Whole Baby, live” - with the later marked “subject to availability” and drop downs to choose race and gender.
