Stupid Republican idea of the day

Oh, no, you can’t compare them. Look how they shaved :smack:

Someone who is not quite clear on the subject. Congressman tells angry constituents the idea that they pay his salary is ‘bullcrap’.

Now, now - apparently his point is that his Federal tax bill is larger than his salary, so it doesn’t count or is a tax refund or something:

Also, I love the name Markwayne, which is probably his grandfathers’ names or something and his parents couldn’t decide which one to name him after.

He must be a pal of the other guy who said that Congressmen work for the President.

No, drunkenly telling a woman she should fuck you is not comparable to Jesus’ crucifixion and you are not Jesus, bub.

That explains it, if he is working for Trump, then he probably isn’t getting paid.

Of course the voters don’t pay him. That’s what lobbyists are for.

Would have been awesome for him to point that out.

“You think that I answer to you? I answer to the highest bidder, and I get paid many times more by my lobbiests than by you.”

That link doesn’t go where you think it does. I get the front page of HuffPo’s Canadian site. Can you provide at least a name to search on?

Maybe this?

What exactly does he think he means by “and even Jesus dropped the cross three times”?

Yes, thank you.

Jeffrey Lord: Trump is “the Martin Luther King of health care.”

I can’t even.

Jeffrey Lord and Jack Kingston fight for space around Trump’s rectum.

Like male anglerfish fighting for position at the female’s cloaca.

It’s the Stations of the Cross What are the Stations of the Cross and what can we learn from them? | GotQuestions.org

Nowhere in the Bible does it actually say He fell but it’s one of those “traditions”. I think it may have to do with the whole Trinity thing. http://www.ewtn.com/v/experts/showmessage.asp?number=353203&Pg=&Pgnu=&recnu=

Maybe Lord was pro-segregation.

I don’t understand what he thinks he means by referencing it tho.

When referring to his own life, he’s saying that he’s trying to do the right thing but he isn’t perfect. How is referencing Jesus dropping his crucifixion cross 3 times also about a guy trying to do the right thing but failing?

The only thing that I can come up with, is that he’s saying he’s analogous to Jesus, and gets two more mistakes before he’s crucified.

Of course, he could just be an idiot.

Hehheh, one of the people in that video is a facebook friend of mine. She said that she corresponds with one of his aides on a regular basis, trying to get responses from the Congressman about issues.
