Note that an election proposal to decriminalize the weed and eliminate much enforcement PASSED. Of course, the legislature promptly overruled because the populace must have been on drugs to think about stealing money from the for profit prison industry.

If we deport Dreamers who are in their teens, are we sending them to a place where we expect them to “fit in”, speak the language and be comfortable with the culture? Do we expect that they will be welcome? Or will they be regarded as “gringos”?
