Taking his cue from the blowhard-in-chief, Kentucky governor Matt Bevin has blocked many of his constituents from his social media accounts, especially if they disagree with him.
Let me state that, for the record, I’m firmly convinced that, if someone is being abusive and/or threatening to Bevin or his family, he absolutely should be allowed to block people, and possibly have the authorities look into the situation. But if he’s blocking people merely because they disagree with him, then that’s a bush league, pussy move. Not everyone is going to agree with you all the time. And, in many occasions, the voices of opposition can cause you to look at a problem with a different perspective. Cooperation and comprise are what politics are about.

People are fighting for their lives and you want to use it for cheap shots against the only people in this country who are fighting for the rights of people like you who didn’t have the luxury of being rich and famous, while you support candidates who’d be perfectly OK with you being denied emergency medical care by a doctor who doesn’t approve of your “lifestyle”.

Gingrich also railed on Clinton for infidelity, a subject in which Gingrich is somewhat of an expert himself. Principles are for losers.
I get gallows humor but this was just stupid, given the implication that if a “real American/conservative had been there, he’d have killed **lots **more people - and with fewer bullets too!”
I don’t think it’s reasonable to insist that Jenner be a Democrat just because she’s transgender, but it’d be nice if she at least wasn’t such an asshole.
These are two completely contradictory statements.

It’s a nastier comment than you’ve realized. She didn’t say “Liberals can’t shoot straight”, she said “Liberals can’t even shoot strait” – in other words, liberals cannot shoot strait, in addition to being unable to do anything else straight.
It’s a homophobic insult. So she can fit in with her Republican buddies.
