Stupid Republican idea of the day

Why shouldn’t your landlord have the right to pry into your personal medical information and history?

But it also restarts at brain death

Correct. He no longer looks like a turtle.

Interesting. So the only time their “lives” matter to the Republicans is when they’re, well, NOT alive, awake, conscious, talking, etc.?

Sign of consciousness in Republiopaths are thin on the ground.

Or conscience, for that matter.

Sometimes not even then, considering what they want to do to many elderly.

They’re shooting themselves in the foot there. Ice floes are getting a bit thin on the ocean…

“Elderly” being persons over ninety years of age, yes? And is there any reason why each such elderly get their own private personal ice floe?

Their ideal voter.

And why Ice Floes? I mean, here in MN that isn’t really an issue, except the neighbors on the lake may complain about all the bodies washing up in the spring. But what about the rest of the country where there are no ice floes? Do they have to drive grandma all the way up here in the middle of winter?

FedEx

That’s where “Second Amendment Solutions” kick in

Old Yeller?

updated version: Old Orange

Don’t you even think about creating up and FedExing that Old Orange up here to the land of ice floes!

We shall give him a proper sendoff from Barrow. Perhaps his floe will ultimately bump up against Ellesmere, and we will say that he would have none of it. But, given the state of the Arctic, he could just as easily rest finally on Новая Земля.

Not there – my cousin’s hubby works at Eureka, and I wouldn’t wish the Big Orange on him.

Gene “Get 'em while they’re young” Ponder, a high school teacher in Spanish Fort, Alabama, assigned students a summer report on one book from a list of options.

Amoung the suggested titles.

“Liberalism Is a Mental Disorder: Savage Solutions,”
“Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto”
“Guilty: Liberal ‘Victims’ and their Assault on America.”

Inexplicably, Mein Kampf was omitted from the list.

That’s an interesting list, heavily weighted with what appear to be very right-leaning tracts.

But I notice that the last entry is James Loewen’s Lies my Teacher Told Me, which has a left-leaning tilt. Is this someone’s idea of “balance”? about two dozen books on one side and one on the other?

They’re sentencing me to death’: Medicaid recipients on the Republican healthcare plan

Evil or stupid? Probably both.
