Generally, you have to be able to prove actual damages in such a lawsuit. So you have to wait until someone does violence to you, and then sue them, and include him as inciting that violence.
Might have a better case for suing him for slander.
But then you’d have to prove that he was speaking about you specifically, either by name or nickname or something that clearly identifies you to the public. If he just rants against ‘jews’ in general, it isn’t like any single Jewish person could sue him and win. That’s a consequence of our reverence for Freedom of Speech.
It’s often more productive to just make fun of them. Point out that when the Nazis said this, at least they wore sharp uniforms, without pot bellies.
Or ask them if Jesus was a Jew. He was born of a Jewish mother, after all. (And had two daddies.)
