Stupid Republican idea of the day

It does serve a political purpose, though; Democrats can run as the party of net neutrality.

Already the party of savagely violent and grossly sexualized video games.

:dubious:

Except that the right-wing liars will preach that net neutralists are Marxists who want to ban fair and balanced news from the Internet and replace it with ads for child sex slaves.

And - you can order / pick up pizza too!

Shit, not me! I lost a world war to Gandhi! Fuckin’ Gandhi!

Yeah, but AI Gandhi’s a fucking bastard.

It is hard getting through to people who believe that climate change is a hoax, but Pizzagate is real. (Trolls are now trying to link the Clintons to the "Allison Mack sex cult scandal which, AFIK, only involved consenting adults, but which they (the trolls) are saying also involved kids.)

Welp, they’ve got my vote.

Only if you attack him first ! Or, Heavens forbid, let him get hold of nukes before you do. Then all bets are off.

Mo Brooks: Sea levels rising is caused by rocks falling into the ocean.

Alabama should change its state seal to a barrel of hair and a bag of hammers.

Republican Congressional candidate videotapes herself harassing a transgender woman trying to use a public bathroom and driving her out of the place because of her harassment. The article doesn’t say she’s Republican, but Ballotpedia says she is.

Have there been any incidents of actual, but shall we say aesthetically challenged, women getting hassled for using the ladies restroom?

I thought the Democrat who was concerned Guam would tip over was the benchmark for stupid politician statements but Republicans have really been in “Hold my beer” mode lately and have left him far behind.

As per a quick Google, yes there have.

That asshole woman is also wearing a trump shirt. I would call that woman “deplorable”.

By the by, to forestall any unfortunate digressions here I want to make it clear I was assuming that by “actual woman” you meant “ciswoman”, with no disrespect to transwomen intended by you (and certainly none was intended by me). We all have moments where unconsidered mental and verbal shortcuts lead us into minefields.

Back in the day we had a local actress challenged by a local “tightie whitie” councilman who didn’t know who she was (he barged right into the stall), that’s why the store where it happened changed the Employee Washroom, which was was right next to the other rest rooms, so it kind of makes sense, anyhow to this day we still have rest rooms for Men, Women, and Bea Arthur.
