Stupid Republican idea of the day

Well, yeah: she’s a Nazi. I know y’all didn’t forget her “sieg heil” salute to Trump, right? She did that shit on national television, ffs.

Proof it isn’t just about illegal immigration: Republicans hate legal immigrants, too.

There’s nothing coded about any of this. She’s spouting David Duke talking points and FOX News is backing her up, meaning the party organ of the GOP is behind her 1488% on this one. This isn’t dog-whistling, and this isn’t an arm’s-length sockpuppet the mainstream can deny speaks for them. Of course, given the deep ties Brietbart has to the administration, the notion of keeping the crazies at arm’s length is lost on the modern GOP.

This is the purest, most honest expression of what the GOP is all about.

I came here to post a link to a follow-up.

It seems that it was the candidacy of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that offended the oh-so-white Ms. Ingraham. Maybe she has a point. While Alexandria and her father were born on the Bronx, Alexandria’s mother is a foreigner — from Puerto Rico — and IIUC never applied for a U.S. visa. She has no green card. Why hasn’t ICE deported her?

I know, I know, some of you libtards will claim that Puerto Ricans don’t need visas. Well you’re wrong: 56% of Americans did not answer ‘Yes’ when asked if Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens. That percent would be higher but the libtard pollsters doubtless cheated and included some of these P.R. “citizens” in their polling. We use majority rule in this country; Trump is Prez because 51.2% of Americans voted against Hillary (and that’s even with the cheating votes from Hillaryists without naturalization papers like Alexandria’s mother.)

Well, I read some of the last few links. Lots of mentions of “white nationalists”. Is that the Righty PC version of Racist Shitbrain? I do know how racists cry when called out, so I suppose they needed a safe term. Poor little racist shitbrains. “Your” country -the melting pot- is living up to its destiny. Boo hoo.

Essentially. It’s White people who claim to not be hateful, but to favor “Separate Development” of races by segregation of different races into different areas of the world, so they can all make progress in their own realms. You know, the people who agree with some Black Nationalists on how Back To Africa is a wonderful idea.

Of course they’re racist. All separatists of that sort are racist. There’s no way around it. Ethnostates are essentially a degraded form of nationalism, a perversion of civic nationalism based on shared respect for a rule of law derived, in turn, from the consent of the governed. They’re a relic of the Eugenics Age, and can’t even be used to eradicate genetic disease.

Exactly. America can’t even hide behind the disgusting immorality of the “ethnostate” excuse, given its very foundation, and there’s nowhere else for the “I’m Not A Racist” racists to hide.

Laura Ingraham rejects David Duke’s endorsement of her racist comments.

She blows a dog whistle, and when a bunch of wolves come running, she says, “Oh no, I just meant the cute terrier kinds. Not you.” But the whistle is still a whistle that speaks to a certain breed, whether she “endorses” it or not.

There was specifically a white nationalist board who tried to recruit here at one point. We, of course, rightfully mocked them as racist. I checked out their board, and they were up and down laughing that we’d call them racist, saying we were too stupid to tell the difference.

So, yes.

Republican candidate for the Florida state House doubles down when questioned if she actually graduated from college. She posted a picture of her diploma.

Ask to see the “long form”.

As these stories accumulate, it becomes increasingly difficult to understand how any person who values decency and honesty can remain a member of the Republican Party.

Heh, you think that anyone who values decency and honesty remains a member of the republican party.

To be fair, there may be some people who have been in a coma for a few decades who haven’t changed their party affiliation that I would hold blameless, but the rest of them are complicit, and they know it.

I believe you have answered your own question.

Well, there are some people with R next to their name who are not in Congress who still value honesty and decency.

But they are having to do a heck of a lot of rationalizing. At some point they will have to make a decision on how that R is tainting their own good names.

They obviously don’t value it very much when it’s time to vote, when it’s time to make their voice heard. As evidence, Donald Motherfucking Trump is the president of the USA. People can claim to value something all day long. Demonstrate it in your (not “you” Sherrerd) life and shut the fuck up about what you “believe”.

Not sure if complicit is the right word, but I suppose it will do.

These people are thrilled that they have an openly racist mysynogistic president to look up to. He supports their values. Racism and fear. They don’t care if his policies will help them, as long as it hurts other people.

Well good luck with that you assholes. What you don’t realize in your dim brain is that unless you are rich and getting richer, you are one of the other people as per the trump admin.

Jerry Falwell Jr. wants to know why Democrats are not working with Republicans to “lock up Comey, Lynch, Ohr, Rosenstein, Strzok, @HillaryClinton, @BarackObama & maybe even @jeffsessions despite damning evidence!”

We’re probably heading to a great fight.

The founder of Bikers for Trump is organizing protests against Harley-Davidson, which he’s financing by selling T shirts. Which are made in Haiti, because T shirts made in the US are too expensive.

Not a Harley fan. But I hope they either just stay quite or come out with a giant fuck you Donnie V-twin. Let’s go for 100 c.i. on this one.

Or they could commemorate DJT by coming out with a mini-bike. Now that would be good.
