Rep. Steve Smith, R-Maricopa, filed House Bill 2290 which reimburses recall campaign funds retroactively for anyone who happens to run in a recall campaign in November 2011 and lose. Even if you used donated money. Russell Pierce is the clown who was behind SB1070 and much of the other assorted bullshit ideas that most of you associate Arizona with.

Should we start a different thread for despicable Republican comments? Stupidity can be forgiven; wasn’t it Einstein who said stupidity is the 2nd most common substance in the universe, behind only hydrogen? And are not the stupid voters more to blame, for electing stupid Republicans?
It is Republicans’ despicable actions which infuriate most. I’m reminded of this by the latest Jon Stewart show: every asinine Republican and his turd carrier insulted Secretary Clinton (her brain clot was deliberate to avoid testifying). It was refreshing to watch the Republicans shrivel like the Wicked Witch of the West when Hillary answered their questions. 
If you review the first 8000 comments in this thread, you’ll see that is not the case. There are plenty of Republicans who don’t want abortion in any circumstances until they need one, or their daughter or mistress needs one.

Fox News has been tying itself in knots trying to bash Obama for mentioning Stonewall in his inagural address.
The latest they’ve come up with, and you can’t make this up, is basically this; “Republicans don’t oppose gay marriage anyway, so there’s no reason Obama should be talking about it, and if he’s so pro-gay-rights why didn’t he say so in 2009?”
