Resistance is futile.
Depends on what’s in the proposed bill.
I’m thinking that, instead of the word obligation, the word **sleep **should be in quotes (because I don’t think he’s talking about sleeping).
Are you trying to get us to imagine and visualize McConnel having…no, no, I won’t do it! No amount of brain bleach would ever be enough!
As a liberal male, my outrage is . . . mixed . . .
Then don’t look here…
And the hits just keep on coming …
Meet Susanne Atanus, running for Congress in Illinois:
I liked this part:
Ted Cruz: It is the job of a chaplain to to be insensitive to atheists. And school choice is the civil rights issue of the 21st issue. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/03/19/ted-cruz-tells-home-schooled-kids-the-job-of-a-chaplain-is-to-be-insensitive-to-atheists/
The first three minutes (her turn) was one of the few times I’ve felt sorry for a GOPer, watching him trying to keep a straight face. ![]()
Rallying the faithful…
Took a look at the promo bit and saw that she’s a good match for her sponsors.
Jeepers, it looks like they have her playing a redneck Bob Saget. The show looks like it will appeal to anyone who finds the Daytona 500 to be too high brow.
I thought Bob Saget played a redneck Bob Saget.
She beat him.
Whoa, God must have been mighty angry when He made her face.
The wheels are coming off the GOP bus. With any luck, they’ll be riding on the rims come November.
They didn’t just mildly condemn Atanus’ statements either - from the first article:
So…good luck with that campaign, Susanne.
Oh, and there was this tidbit:
54% of the people voted for her. Today’s Republican party, people.
I wonder if she keeps up that accent for the whole show or is it just for the trailer? I know Palin doesn’t want to miss an opportunity to pander, but she’s spent years touring the country doing speaking engagements for the same people who are the likely demographic for this program. Some of them will have to notice she never had that thick an accent before.
