Stupid Republican idea of the day

He’s a bomb thrower - he’s not going to skip out on what he sees as an easy score.

That being said, this isn’t just “criticizing Democrats”, this is actively discriminating against them. I can’t believe that we actually have some trogs on this board who are actually celebrating medical discrimination based on political affiliation.

I guess it’s people who think that way who can believe that FEMA concentration camps are right around the corner - after all, they’d do it if they could.

Seems to me that this explains a great deal of the whackjobbery frothing out of the extreme right these days: They’re projecting the vilest parts of themselves upon the focus of their fury at being out of power.

As Republicans have adopted a strategy of opposing any action of President Obama or the Democratic Party, even when (as in the final health care bill) those ideas originated as Republican ones…have any Republicans come out to oppose the undeniably good and positive moves he just made to secure all the world’s “loose nukes”. There has to be one. Michelle? Michael? Sarah? You’re not gonna let me down, are you?

MSNBC is quoting John McCain, who characterized the nuclear summit as “foolishness” that is meant as a distraction from unemployment. No link yet.

The man who inflicted Palin on the nation is calling Obama’s nuclear treaty foolishness. Irony just can’t keep up with the Republican party.

Of course, Obama’s treaty is a 1/3rd reduction for both sides. Can anyone think of another socialist president who did a treaty with 1/3rd reduction?

Democrat front-runner wins Fla. US House race

Lame loser quote of the day:

If this is the Pubbies ‘A’ game, Liberals got nothing to worry about come november.

So in a district in which Democrats make up two-thirds of the voters, the Democrat got two-thirds of the vote? Color me shocked. I’m not seeing a referendum on anything or anyone taking anything back.

Sure, but the whole point is that everyone (even Democrats!) were supposed to be fueled by pure RAGE at the GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER of health care that will GET BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR DOCTOR and then GANG RAPE YOUR GRANDMOTHER so that she can’t provide SPAGHETTI DINNERS to CHILDREN WITH LUKEMIA!

-Joe

But there’s supposed to fucking be one! Liberals are supposed to drop like flies before the blowtorch of American indignation.
The mouse took this opportunity to roar, and instead imitated a Giraffe.

Stuck out an 18" prehensile tongue? Because that sounds vaguely hentai.

-Joe

I’ll bet you can find a charge for that on a Republican Party credit card receipt…

Well, he appears to have won 3% more of the vote in the district than Obama did, so it’s sort of a victory considering that he’s a no name hammer jockey and the other guy was a hugely popular 7-term state congressman.

They just can’t get that ABBA song out of their heads:

All 41 Senate Republicans Oppose Financial Reform Bill
Will this be the ‘literal’ end of the Obama presidency???

Oh, excellent…the Senate Republicans just handed their electoral opponents some very handy ad copy.

Where’s GIRAFFE when we need him?

And nicely timed to coincide with the the announcement that “Goldman Sachs Group Inc… was charged with deceiving clients by selling them mortgage securities secretly designed by a hedge-fund firm run by John Paulson, who made a killing betting on the housing market’s collapse.” Yeah, I can see the groundswell of public rage at derivatives reform being a winning issue here.

I am shocked, SHOCKED, I tell you.
