One or two times in my life I’ve run across church groups who all had matching t-shirts with bible verses on them (just the Book Chapter:verse(s)) . Not really. Standard East Coast summertime weather. You get heavy localized downpours, but they’re typically fairly short. So you might get 2-4 inches of rain and some local flooding. The local papers get to run photos of people kayaking down Main street in the harder hit areas.
Still, if you’re going to have a revolution and a few inches of rain discourages the masses, they’re probably not all that discontented.
