The Koch brothers recently tried to unseat three supreme court members in Tennessee by running their usual smear ads. I guess they figured Tennessee was an easy mark to hit. Turns out that even in Tennessee they really object to anybody trying to fuck with the judicial system, and reelected all three justices. Keep spending those millions, boys; the local economy loves it.
Unfortunately, they were more successful in Wisconsin and now have purchased a solid majority of the state Supreme Court. No decisions unfavorable to the Koch interests will be forthcoming from that body for many years, if ever again.
These two guys need to meet with an unfortunate accident at some point. A couple of real Kochsuckers, they are.

In the HBO show **Newsroom **they pronounce that name as “coke”. In my mind it’s always rhymed with “van Gogh” - how do they say it?

I believe they pronounce it as “coke”. At least, I saw Anderson Cooper do an interview with one of the non-Koch Industries brothers on 60 Minutes not too long ago (said brother being victim of a wine scam artist), and he wasn’t corrected on his pronunciation so it’s probably correct.
