Summaries:
House Bill 1599 says that no taxpayer funds or governmental salaries can be used for the licensing or support of same-sex marriage.
Kern’s House Bill 1598 would allow parents to seek counseling and therapy to change a gay child’s sexual orientation without interference from the state.
Kern also filed House Bill 1597, which would allow businesses to refuse service “to any lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender person, group or association,” and be immune from civil liability.
This should run Atty. General Scott Pruitt’s record defending Oklahoma laws in court to about zero for 150.

Technically, he’s arguing that a nearly 125-year old law (which was written before automobiles became all the rage) allows him to drive drunk and speed if he’s going to or returning from a House session.
Let’s hope the judge isn’t buying what this guy’s selling.

Gay marriage has been legal in Oklahoma since October. These laws would defy a federal court ruling.

Renee Ellmers, credited for leading the recent GOP women’s revolt against the 20 week abortion bill ban, has been called the GOP’s Abortion Barbie by waste-of-brain Erick Erickson, and questioned by another Red Stater Aaron Gardner if she was “worthy of life”.
So despite her staunch right wing stances, if she dares to question the boys in charge, she’s no better than a pro-choice liberal? Women in the GOP remind me of the Log Cabin Republicans, they are either crazy, stupid, or completely fine with being treated as subhuman.
I’d like to answer one rhetorical question posed by Gardner though. His defense of no abortion exception in cases of rape is that his grandfather raped his grandmother and anyone wanting the exception is essentially challenging him on whether he’s worthy of existing.
No, Aaron Gardner, you’re not worthy of living, you’re a filthy dingleberry clinging to the asshole of the lowest conservative anal hairs and it would better off if you were aborted. You’re a textbook example of how the world would be better with free access to abortions for every woman.
At least Oklahoma state legislators are equal opportunity haters. There is another bill before the state legislature to require that marriages may only be performed by ordained ministers. So forget getting married if you’re an atheist.
