Super Bowl: What are you eating?

I made some steak tips with mushrooms and onions and a tomato/red wine sauce, all over egg noodles. Not too inspired but it did the job.

I usually don’t “snack” during a football game - not even the Super Bowl. However, because of the 3:30 PM local time kickoff, I did eat dinner during the halftime show - some leftover pizza. Well, if you count cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and a little tomato sauce with some garlic powder mixed in on top of a “spinach crust” (run 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and an egg through a food processor) which, in turn, is on top of a cauliflower crust (I buy the premade kind), as “pizza.” Actually, it’s pretty good, and definitely low-carb compared to the “real” pizza crust kind.

Sloppy joes, meatballs, baked beans, mac and cheese, pizza, hot pretzel bites with cheeze sauce, veggies and dip, and assorted chips. For dessert, my uncle’s cheesecake, Rice Krispy treats, chocolate-chip cookies, cream puffs, and peanut-butter buckeyes.

UM, S’more Nachos?? Recipe please?!
