This season has really taken HI strategy to new heights. I almost think I’m a Parvati fan now. Notice that not only did she end up sending JT home, she also bought a nice bit of loyalty from the two Villains who were tied to her the weakest.
Actually, I was kind of hoping JT would end up going tonight, just to strike home what happens when you’re a dumbass on Survivor.
I was really surprised when Parv gave away both idols. She either has keen sixth sense or she can read amanda like an open book.

Parvati just one-upped Russell’s move that sent Tyson packing. She took a risk, but played it perfectly. That girl has big brass balls.

As disappointed as am I that J.T. home (I know that was a dumb move, but he was still my favorite) that was absolutely amazing. IT was pretty much a perfect storm.
If J.T. hadn’t given his idol to Russell, it wouldn’t have worked. IF Parvati had let Russell know about the idol, it wouldn’t have worked. If Amanda hadn’t been so obvious about their plan, it wouldn’t have worked.
Now I finally see why everyone thinks Parvati is such a threat. I always saw her as a coattail rider before.
Now the real question is if Parvati’s move was enough to keep Sandra on her side because she really wants Russell gone. And I’m sure the Heroes want him gone now too.
I think we may see a deleted scene that shows Parvarti learning the vote from the ex-Heroes…

Sandra and Parv can work it together to make sure Russell isn’t in a power position. Sandra perhaps has the most power now with what we saw in the previews and her talking smack of wanting Russell out. And Sandra’s word is the “truth” to Rupert since the shit went down just like she told Rupert. Rupert can say I told you so to the rest of the JT followers. Sandra has the power swing vote. Jerri will prolly stick with Parv’s alliance with that HII gift, I don’t think Sandra is as easily bought into an alliance with a HII gift, but who knows.
Oh, no. Remember, everything he did(more or less) was logical from the point of view he had. He made some mistakes for sure, but his initial plan was actually very good.
In a way, this was a pretty solid way to get voted out. He was totally duped, but that’s how it goes.

He assumed there was an all girl alliance. Bad assumption. which led to the next bad assumption that Russel was on the outs. Which then led to if I give Russell the HII of mine, he’ll suck my dick and more when he’s saved and we’re merged.
That one bad assumption should never be made. Another rule that should be written down is NEVER give your HII to someone you know isn’t in your alliance. HII isn’t something you give to get loyalty it’s somehting you give to save your numbers.
So, I’ll probably put myself in the JT is an idiot camp. I was glad to see him go for that fatal HII handover.
Yeah, JT is an idiot. He made too many assumptions. He thought he had it all figured out, but he didn’t know shit. JT’s idiocy is especially bad because not only did he get the boot himself, but he may have doomed the rest of the Heroes as well.
We’ll see if Sandra flips next week and joins the remaining Heroes. We all know the previews tend to be deliberately misleading, so I wouldn’t bet on Russell going home next week.
I usually wait for CBS to upload their unseen footage and extras on youtube at midnightish. Usually it’s up there by midnight, like 20 or so video clips. YOu have to watch the forced ads, but it’s still good clips to watch.
I smell a rat. Somebody had to tell Parvati that she was safe. No way she takes that risk otherwise.

She broke out the doe eyes a little early this season, didn’t she? She still looks good in a bikini, although that seems to be her only asset.
Yep. Usually she waits until FTC, at least. I’m personally getting really tired of her puppy-dog, “Why do you hate me just because I stabbed you in the back?” look.
another thing I should mention is the Russell “blow up” after tribal for next week. How is he gonna handle the secret extra HII Parv had? His reaction will be something to be scrutinized. If he acts like an ass about it, he’ll be on the chopping block. If he acts like he’s cool with it, he’ll go far by “riding Parv’s coattails”, which I doubt he’ll do.
SOmething else is how much of an ego trip will Rupert go on with him being right about Russell. I wonder how far Rupert will go with his relationship with Sandra. He can go far if he hangs out with Sandra, but if he acts all righteous about being right, he’ll be gone.
That had to be incredibly embarrassing for JT to watch that footage of himself dissing Rupert and talking about how trustworthy Russell seems.
