Television and film trivia by memory only

I was trying to remember a bit of trivia, realized I couldn’t, and then wondered who would actually be able to recall it from memory without looking it up. That sounds like a fun game thread so if anyone else thinks so here it is. Once someone posts an answer then it’s kosher to double-check them but not before.

In the Gilligan’s Island episode “The Friendly Physician”, mad scientist Boris Balinkoff uses a mind-tranference machine to switch the castaways’ bodies. Who ended up in whose body?

I love the premise; I have no idea who switched with who. The doctor was Vito Scotti?

Not looking yet but I’m pretty sure that’s right. Also, was one of the switchees a gorilla?

I apologize, crew members, I didn’t mean for the Vito Scotti question to Be In Play, I was trying to show interest in Lumpy’s OP – it’s off to a shaky start (you’re welcome), but the premise is sound and sounds like fun. Have atcha!

I can’t remember the answer to my own question completely, but I do know that the Skipper ended up in Mrs. Howell’s body (“kiss me and I’ll belt you!”), the Professor ended up in Mary Ann’s body, and because Ginger was the odd one out she got switched with the mad doctor’s assistant (“I’m going to cry!”). Now if the switches were one-to-one with no shuffling (which I can’t say for sure), then that would leave Gilligan and Mr. Howell switched.

Okay, since Lumpy answered the question, I went back and looked it up.

Gilligan switched with Mr Howell.
The Professor swaps bodies with Mary Ann.
Skipper is swapped with Mrs. Howell.
Ginger swaps with the mad doctor’s hulking assistant Igor.

Now, if I can put another one in play:
In Emma Peele’s final appearance on The Avengers, she gives Tara King a bit of advice about Steed. What was it?

Not a gorilla then.

He likes his tea stirred counter-clockwise. If I recall correctly.

You are correct @Prof.Pepperwinkle, although the actual term was the very British “anti-clockwise.” You now control the board.

Thank you. What are the names of Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm’s children?

They had children!?!? Last time I saw them they were children.

Yeah, first they had a series where they were teenagers in love. Then there were a couple of specials where they married and had kids.

Not in play: Can the OP amend the rules so that if a question isn’t answered in X amount of posts we move on to the next question?

Just a humble request.

Possibly, I didn’t want to add too many restrictions at first until we see how it works out.
