Tell me something interesting about another SDMB member that I didn't know
Lobstermobster, DungBeetle, and Wile E, and Vinyl Turnip are wicked quippers. Also, **Dung Beetle ** and **Lobstermobster ** are extra-cute.
Thanks, dear! The check’s in the mail.

True. I don’t smell, but I smell great! I think.
**An Gadaí ** is the only SDMB member who hasn’t got an interesting factoid attached to his person. :stuck_out_tongue:

Are you sure you’re the only one?

Baker has the ill-luck to live almost within a stone’s throw of the detestable Fred Phelps and his wacko church.
Wrong, dearie. ScareyFaerie likes to dress up as a traffic cone.

Mouse_maven is a new mother from Canada who could easily filet a mouse (or mouse-shaped objects / stupid university administrators) with a scalpel blindfolded and with an angry zeal not seen since Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in ‘X-MEN’.

Nu-hu… she’s from one of those places that are more Southern than thou (I’m not sure which one right now and fear she may dissect me if I pick the wrong one) and lives in Colorado. But the lab where she was working last has disintegrated due to the head of the lab heading up north.

youwiththeface and monstro are twins.

matt_mcl ran for the federal election, but was not elected. His party was, however, triumphant in a very unexpected way lately, so congrats to him.

Hamish is his roommate.

Elenfair and lno met on the boards and are now married. Old gossip, I know.
Hell, I’ve already met tdn. And I planned to stalk Auto, but I already have seen pictures of his… well, nm. Anyways, we live in Boston, so we’re neighbors.
Autolycus and I met via Equipoise. Curiously enough, it was not a Dopefest. And Equipoise is from Chicago. She refers to her husband as “The rodie.”

bigbabysweets2000 can e-mail me without using the @ symbol. So can (I think) SalAmmoniac. (Try it. From work. My user name is tpn.)
Ha- no. That just surprised me, for some reason. I was like, “Wow! I did not know that!” That is all. I’m assuming you guys knew each other before the Dope? That would be weird, to find that a Doper was my neighbor, just out of the blue.
It was a little weird, yep. It started with “So are you in school? You are? I live near there. Where? Just up the street from some intersection. You too? What’s your address? No way! That’s awesome!”

CKDexterHaven shares my interest in Sherlock Holmes.

lno breathes fire, and taught me how to at a Dopefest.

Beadalin’s husband makes me want to use my guitars for firewood.

Angel of the Lord knows where the sock monkeys are… Usually… And has great taste in literature!

…I have to ask. Title?

Codeword Dictionary Stuff like this:

OVERLORD (Allied 44) The invasion of northern France. Papers with the actual times and locations for the actual execution of OVERLORD were marked BIGOT. This information was controlled through a special access list (a “Bigot List”). Executed 6 June, 1944, this date has become the preeminent “D-Day” in history. Four airborne division were dropped behind the beaches to secure routes inland and to prevent German counterattacks. American, Canadian and British units landed in the early morning of 6 June on sixteen beaches roughly from La Madeleine in the west to Ouistreham in the east. A massive fleet provided shore bombardment for the five first-wave divisons and several special-operations units. Deception operations in support of OVERLORD came under the heading BODYGUARD and included COPPERHEAD, FORTITUDE, GRAFFHAM, HAMBONE, IRONSIDE, JAEL, ROYAL FLUSH, SKYE and ZEPPELIN. lobstermobster wants random guys on the street to hit on her more. She lives in San Francisco. Get to it, Bay Dopers!
I’m in Boston, but I’ll give it a shot.

HOW YOU DOIN’!?

Hal Briston and I both have the same 30+ year old Winnie the Pooh dolls that we’ve posed in pictures with our daughters.

That was you, right Hal?
Spoons has one of the largest collections of vintage Canadian pop/rock music of almost everyone he knows. Almost.
Squee! I want to see that collection! Perhaps this is where he got his username?

I’m not going to play, but this:

is wrong. I was only curious about them. That makes me out to be much more interesting than I am.

That’s tremendously cool. I’m really enjoying this thread, by the way.

Wow, that’s quite a compliment, OneCentStamp! I’ll share that with him – he could use a boost right now (he’s in the middle of album-release hell).

Please do. And if he cares to, he can hear my music - I’m a pretty fair guitar player myself, and I still think he’s that good.

Will do! And I am totally going to check out your MySpace page (again), so that I can shoot him the link.
