Why must we hijack every single thread that includes that word? Why must we assume that it is either disparages homosexuals or degrades the act of cocksucking?
I am a mother fucker. I have, at one point in my life, fucked a woman who had a child. But I don’t go around hijacking threads that use the phrase mother fucker because I understand it’s a generic insult. It’s not truly meant to make a political statement nor to say “inserting an object into the vagina of a woman who has previously spawned is a awful act.”

The difference is that motherfucker is almost never used literally. Cocksucker, however, is frequently used literally to harass and demean gay men. Perhaps gay men are sick of hearing it.

A bare textual reading of the term “cocksucker” posits a set, cocksuckers, membership in which is not based on gender but rather on sucking or having sucked one or more cocks.
It is possible to extrapolate from the multiple “Ask the Gay Guy” threads and the post above that Esprix is a member of that set.
Your post was the first mention of gender or indeed of homosexuality per se in this thread, as Esprix was speaking not as a member of the subset of male cocksuckers but rather as a member of the set of cocksuckers as a whole.
The proper complaint, I think, would be that by presuming to speak on behalf of cocksuckers everywhere, Esprix was being arrogant.
Of course, I didn’t get the latest newsletter yet so it’s possible that he’s been appointed as an official representative or something, in which case even that complaint would be invalid.
But don’t you see? It wasn’t being neither to harass, nor to demean gay men. It was used as a reference to people in a still unlinked to thread.
People. Men AND women. If a gay man happened to post in there, and if j_kat_251 happened to be referencing that particular gay man, it would have been entirely coincidental.
It was an insult. A generic insult against a group of people who are not you and, for all you may know, could be entirely composed of women. But that’s ok, because nobody here seems to be the least bit upset over “cuntmunchers”!

So since the only subset into which I fall would be cocksuckers, I naturally replied as such. I do not believe at any time I limited the community of cocksuckers to gay men. Isn’t it interesting how you automatically read it that way? I mean, I do, but then, I’m a gay man; but in this instance, that wasn’t what I was referring to. Using “cocksucker” (or, for that matter, “cuntmuncher”) as an insult is confusing, if not just asinine (not to mention libelous to those of us who enjoy the activity, regardless of gender or sexual orientation).
