In response to a few e-mails regarding my ‘mission’ (sorry Falcon, yer not the only one), here’s all I’m going to release at this point…
I start here at work, and head down to Ohio to pick up a package with classified stuff. I give a briefing or two, and then take the package over to Washington DC to meet with a few industrial types who are supposed to look over the package with me. Just one problem, other industrial types know the package exists, and wouldn’t mind getting their hands on it (they’re just sore 'cause they don’t have the contract). After escorting the package to the meeting, I am to take it to the Pentagon for a review of our decisions, and pick up a reply. While in DC, I get tickets to a formal military ball, where I get to hob-nob with some higher brass and politicians. After that, I go back and pick up some more intel, and head to NYC for a few days (for evaluation of the intel and the package), and then back home.
All the while I am considered ‘expendable’, if you get my drift . . .
Details details details. Can’t you amateurs leave anything to chance for a little excitement?
