Liked the Is It Emily or Is It Cinnamon? running joke. Also that they pulled Sheldon’s chain…then finally put him to sleep with Soft Kitty.
Still hard getting used to Penny’s sudden maturity, but this is the show of old.
The writers must have finally got back from vacation.
yet another terrible episode. this show has really fallen. very average.
The “Emily vs Cinnamon” game was pretty funny. I also enjoyed seeing Sheldon’s desperate antics to achieve a breakthrough in dark matter. Pretty good episode!
I watched it but as soon as it was over it was forgotten. The show really has become MEH.
I thought it was a pretty good episode. “Emily or Cinnamon” was a hoot.
But there were a couple of shots where Penny looked worn. I mean “rode hard and put away wet” worn. And since she’s sleeping with Leonard, we know the expression isn’t literally true. They were just flashes, but I have a feeling Cuoco isn’t going to age all that well. Not like Sarandon.
Fun Fact: The Actor who plays Howard, Simon Helberg, was on the radio and they asked him if he is a into Geeky things in real life. He said he never watched Star Trek, hates when people ask him Star Trek questions and had no idea how to pronounce “Uhura” when he read it in the script.
PS: Still hate Penny’s hair.
I once read an interview of Mayim Bialik in which she stated that she is the only true geek in the principal cast.
After seeing what a jerk Sheldon has turned into the last couple of seasons, it was kind of nice to see him get a little payback. I also agree that the Emily/Cinnamon bit was hilarious. Next up is Howard and Bernardette, maybe have them move into her house and kind of turn her into his mom? With Stuart as psuedo adopted son/Young Howard? It could also kind of be a tribute to Carol Ann Susi.
Not relevant to the episode, but I had a wonderful,awful idea.

He could play Rand Paul in a biopic
I’ve looked, and can’t find any images of him with curly hair.
Come to think of it, I’ve never seen them together…

I liked the “Who said it game” too. I’d sort of like to see more of Emily on the show.
I still preferred the way Bernadette sent Sheldon to bed a season or 3 ago. It was one of her better scenes at the time.
They still haven’t addressed that, huh? That must be coming soon, though.

One of Big Bang Theory’s stranger quirks is that Leonard is somehow portrayed as both very skilled in the sack and completely hopeless at living up to Penny’s expectations. Often in the same episode.
