I am starting this thread in anticipation of tonight’s episode.
Because the Jets game is on, does anyone know when this is airing on CBS in the NY/NJ area? In the past they would normally air it late at night but I don’t see it on the schedule.
Jets game is on NFL network and begins at 8:25. Not sure when the cbs website will have it available.
Local CBS affiliates air all the Thursday night games in their primary markets, even after week 8 of the season, when the nationwide broadcasts move to NFL network.
I thought they would only do that for the Giants.

This was the worst episode ever.

Best episode ever. Not just of BBT but in all of television history.
And yet it was worse than all the others before. I’ll only give it 60 or 70 more episodes before I call it quits (and post my displeasure every week).

Also, damn that’s some ugliness out there on the field. Whose idea was this solid colored uniforms. I hear the colorblind cannot make heads or tails of this game.

Amys’ date going all uber fan-boy on Sheldon and Leonard,
the girls spying on Amy,
finding out Berny is a stalker and has the equipment to go with it,
the guys setting up a series of challenges for Sheldons’ new girlfriend,
the dream girl for any guy shows up to meet Sheldon and loves the challenge thing and then Sheldon slamming the door in her face because she was two sends late, classic Sheldon,
And Amys date so happy to have been dumped by the girl that dumped Sheldon and that through her he and Sheldon have defacto kissed.
Great episode.
You’ll understand the irony of that once you see the episode.

Just watched the episode on line, without commercials. (Yay!)
Did anyone recognize Vanessa (Analeigh Tipton) as the girl who answered the door in the episode where Howard and Raj tracked down the mansion where the TV supermodels all lived?
If she showed up at my doorstep, I’d fall down on my knees and thank whatever power rules the Universe! :o
Merchant was great, Tipton had all of two minutes to make us fall in love with her, and she had a minute to spare. However, Sheldon slamming the door on her left me cold, gloomy, and easily accessible through a tunnel by a Frenchman.
I’m glad they didn’t do what I thought was going to happen which was that at the last second Amy would come through the door (with Merchant to introduce them).
So does anyone else think that Merchant just turned on his Wesley persona for this episode? Or does he always act like that?
Holy Christ do we fucking HAVE to have someone do this tiresome and unfunny shit every fucking week? What a pain!
Not a bad episode. Stalker Bernadette was a bit OTT, it seems her character is like a strong spice- a little is fine but too often, too much is used. I didn’t see what was to be gained by the walk by videos that couldn’t be seen with those military binoculars from the car. Raj’s “ooh” over Sheldon’s cow eyes was pretty good. I was expecting Amy to walk in the door as time expired. A little disappointed that Sheldon was just looking for a female to ignore, he acknowledges that he wants Amy back and that he treated her badly but doesn’t see his behavior as requiring change.
I’m NOT looking forward to seeing Leonard in lingerie next episode, that promo made us all go ewwww.
