Home. We got a card the other day reminding us it’s time to get our septic system pumped. I’ve called twice. Both times I got a fax machine. I just went to their FB page and left a message.

Had two earthquakes last night. Both super minor but strong enough to wake everyone up in the area. A 1.9 hit at 3:49 AM and a 1.7 hit a little later at 5:48 AM.

Supper decision - tortellini. Because it was quick and easy and that’s about all I can handle today.
We have supped. I call it “used” catfish cause the filets were on sale. Usually they are not on sale so I figure the Pubic Sto’ wanted to get rid of 'em. They were exceptionally nummy btw.

ruble, I don’t get Comet, but I do get most of the local stations, CW and the ION suite over the air. That and a Roku stick means that I haven’t paid for cable in a decade.

Hubby is cooking spaghettis and I will have the pleasure of cleaning up his mess. He makes a big ole mess when cooking. I can cook and end up with a clean kitchen. Sometimes even cleaner than when I start.

There is a little tropical disturbance off to our west that has caused out we to be cloudy all week which causes me to be groggy every day. That and not sleeping that is.

Only had one girl (out of 5) show up for practice, so I let her practice with another team under one of our ‘visiting’ coaches from Brazil. Guy has the ability to keep six 6-year old girls concentrated on soccer for an hour, something no other coach in history has been able to do. So I just watched, took notes, and worked on my tan.
Let Cracker Barrel do the cooking tonight and brought home a bottle of Root Beer for lunch tomorrow. Electrician and Plumber are due then, hopefully things will start being connected.
FCM, at least he does read; in this day and age, that does count for something.

Our possessions are now on the truck. We are sleeping on air mattresses for a day or two while we wait for a few more things to get fixed around the house. After that, we head to CA.

I’m annoyed at my local post office and I need to vent.
I was out of town last week. I returned late on Friday and went to the post office Saturday to pick up my mail and ask them to resume delivery.
They gave me my mail and there were no packages. I asked them to check because I was expecting a couple of them. They went back and checked again and brought out a package.
I have not received any mail since returning. So I went back to my post office yesterday to ask them again to resume deliveries. I again picked up the mail that was there. They again did not have any packages for me so I asked them to check. They checked and told me there were no packages. I asked them if they were sure because I had received notifications that they had arrived. They checked again and this time they brought me the packages.
So I think my mail has been straightened out now. The inconvenience is minor and what annoys me the most is that at no point did anyone offer any apology or even acknowledgement that they had screwed up.
I’ve encountered these same problems in the past. There’s never been any unfriendliness; it’s more like a complete indifference as to whether or not they’re doing their job. And what can I do? They’re the only post office I have.
welp I have to get a new doc after 28 years …….because my state/federal plan only has one setup for me ATM and hes not contracted to take anyone under 55……….

sahiree my aunt says to get rid of wasp nest the easiest and cheapest is get a can of artificial snow like for a artificial xmas tree and just empty it on the nest …….it suffocates the nest ……just make sure you have a bucket of water for when the nest drops off to make sure there all dead ……
