They’re under the impression that I’m a nice guy who deserves a girlfriend. (Incidentally, the Driector and I met in person for the first time on a local music video shoot – the day after my ex-fiancée became my ex-fiancée. Hey, the show must go on.) They noticed that she’d played with my hair and my soul patch, and that we’d talked for quite a while. ** They seem to think that she’s attracted to me.** Only she specifically said to me that we would just be friends.

Buddies can be a pain in the butt regarding this situation , cause while their heart is in the right spot , they always end up over doing it.

Can you elaborate on how she was dancing cause it bears a great deal on how she operates

Nothing wrong with having friends, of course. I’ll certainly call her eventually. But I tend to phone friends when I have something to say. A potential g/f I would have called immediately.

I am not sure on the time frame here cause I came into this thread a bit late , but in general , if you get a phone number , call. You and her may end up with a communcations screw up , where by you heard just friends and she thinks your potentially a mate regardless of what she says her orientation is.

Not every relation ship starts out black and white as you may well know, sometimes they make you work for it ,and other times ,circumstances can make even hollywood love storys look possible.

I must be a masochist. I read your posts even though they make my stomach churn. Even a Brit doesn’t use as many Britishisms as you do. Is there anything at all you like about American culture, or do you wish you had been born in England?
