It’s interesting studying her interview style. Yes, she’s had some embarrassing missteps (bowling green, alternative facts etc) but she’s defending the indefensible 24/7.
She’s the queen of deflecting questions. If Spicer was on TV as much as she is, we’d all save time and just glue our palms to our foreheads.

This is more or less the point I was trying to make. She will say anything on behalf of her employer. It doesn’t matter what they (Trump et al) believe. She doesn’t care. She is the queen of spin. She is actually very, very good at her job, despite the “Bowling Green” and microwave type slips. I don’t think Trump would have made it through the election without her. She’s the one that faced the press. He certainly didn’t.

Here’s the thing. Many of us tend to see people as a merged blend of their physical appearance and their inner character, kind of mushed together and not clearly distinguishable. At least I do. And that’s what makes Conway so uniquely hideous. On an attractiveness scale of 1-10, her score is “irredeemably repulsive” from any possible perspective that I can summon.
What I’m saying is, the salt vampire comparison is too kind. The idea that such a person could have an attractive inner character – could be insightful, thoughtful, and kind – is a non-starter because such a person wouldn’t have that vacant hypocritical plastered-on grin or decorate herself in such a repulsive way, or be such a shameless opportunist or incorrigible liar. It’s all a package. And the package looks hideously reptilian.

The link I gave earlier in the thread pretty much says it all in terms of her lack of ethics, honesty, integrity, or veracity of anything that comes out of her mouth.
But I don’t think that it’s sexist or superficial to go after her haggard appearance which is no doubt at least partly the result of internalizing the guilt. If she were beautiful on the inside I doubt too many would enjoy attacking her appearance.
Such as it is though… in the right light she kind of resembles Bill Clinton in drag.
As much scorn and ridicule that Kellyanne and Sean Spicer get thrown at them, they seem to think unswerving loyalty to Trump will somehow benefit them. How does Trump manage to find such willing stooges? Money? Prestige? Ability to attract the willingly stupid?
People have been mocking the worthless piece of shit Republicans and Nazis cheer for because of his looks (the ridiculous hair, the tiny hands, the vanity tan, his poor dress sense) for months with no problem, I don’t see why mocking the scum who work for him in a similar manner is any different.
