I registered to vote yesterday in my new state. Whee!
I’ve discovered that my new stove (apparently something left over from the '80s from a warehouse somewhere) turns on when people walk by it. The gas turns on. The flame doesn’t. I’m trying to decide if I should spend money on a new stove right now, but I really don’t want to a) die or b) blow up my house. I hate this stove.
Horrid headache today. Time to get back in touch with my neurologists.

Went to rehearsal for another orchestra tonight. It was good, but now I’m feeling oddly nauseous and headachey.
Maybe it’s from hardly eating anything. I’ve been losing a lot of weight. And not eating properly. I mean, less properly than usual.
Should go to bed soon. Dunno why I’m getting into an argument with someone on Twitter. I don’t even usually do that.

Drove a couple tractor-trailers OTR and this massive harvester once. Thing was way cool; it was set up so you could basically live in it all day long.
Long strange day. The OW has been having issues with another tooth and part of the gum started to swell so she took the day off for the dentist. The long and short is that after a course of antibiotics she will need a canal and another crown. We took advantage of the day off to hit a couple new antique stores looking for meat cleavers. Because nothing promotes healing thoughts like another meat cleaver. That is my story and I’m sticking to it. Lost another of the few good managers we got today; this one to the new Whole Foods project. Seattle chose wisely; he will do well and I will miss him. Gave him some of the family made rye and a cup from Uranus as a parting gift.

We are told rain/tstorms/apocalypse tomorrow, tomorrow night, and Firday. We shall see. Today is lay in provisions day. Don’t need much so I plan on a short trip to the Pubic Sto’. We shall sup upon pepper steak 'n rice tonight with baby lima beans as the vegetative matter. Even got the pepper steak all ready to hang out in the slow cooker. Go Me!
Shades these are two liter Diet Cokes[sup]TM[/sup] and on sale for 0.89 a piece. Not a bad deal. We drink a lot of this so for us two liter bottles are a deal. Poopsie is the preferred brand, but I do not pass up a good sale.
Now I need more caffeine and to feed rumbly tummy. Then, alas and alack, I must purtify and bother of bothers, don goin’ about the public attire. Life is so hard!

I did not win the Megamillions jackpot. So I an up, caffeinated, and off to work. And sober, even.
Not only did someone else win my jackpot, I only had 1 number out of all those on my 5 tickets. Dammit. 
On the other hand, it’s about a month till we board our cruise (Nov 25) so that’s a good thing.

It’s a chilly 43 degrees today, going to be 54 and N.O.S.
Nobody is coming over to do any work here today. I think the plan is now for Saturday.
No big jackpots for me. I got back $18 of the $20 I spent, so not bad.
So here I am, back at my desk. Only a half-day for me. Then I’m off to sit in the basement of my church’s rectory and make pretty baskets out of donations. Then I have to make the auction sheets and get it all organized over the next few days. Plus Juliet Jr. has her actual birthday on Friday. My baby is going to be 6! She’s getting so big! (We’re 1/3 of the way to shipping her off to college!)
