The Mandalorian Season 3 [Open Spoilers]

If repulsor tech is that ubiquitous I bet those towers are partly supported by repulsors. I don’t think that’s canonical, but if the technology were available someone would have used it to build to heights impossible to achieve by static structural strength.

i did an entire series watch on saturday. it works a lot better as a binge season. it flows one to the other, and you make the connections easier.

Can I just say, I’ve only ever watched the movies and the Disney+ shows. No Clone Wars or Rebels. I have a general idea who Ashoka and Thrawn are, but never heard of Bo-Katan. The only thing about Mandolorians i knew was that Jango Fett was one (but maybe not?)

I haven’t been confused at all. I think they’ve done a pretty good job explaining back stories. The only thing is when some random character reappears I’m missing the “hey, it’s that guy” moment.

Every time I watch a new episode, I come here to find out who I was supposed to be surprised at seeing.

Concur with the last 2 posters. I read Zahn’s books and played Tie Fighter so I know who Thrawn is (or was before he was retconned?), but it’s perfectly clear there are other ex-Imperial factions out there trying to mount a comeback. You don’t have to know every detail to figure out the gist of things.

It is also clear that we were watching the beginnings of the First Order so even with just movie knowledge you would at least pick that up. They had a member of the Cabal be Hux’s dad to make sure you knew.

Who was played by the brother of the actor who played Hux, in fact.

Too bad they didn’t get Brendan Gleeson.

Alastor “Mad Eye” Hux!!
