Yesterday I went to an orchestra rehearsal. I played triangle and gong. Then I went downtown. I saw an exhibit about Nelson Mandela. Then I went to an improv show. It was very funny!
today I went downtown and bought some music-related stuff I needed.
Maybe I’ll eat some chocolate now.
You joke but --------- about a month before the G2 Summit was here some guys from Washington knocked at my door wanting to know why I bought so much black powder. I told them it was for my cannon and after that everything was okely-dokely.

Had to reschedule the inspection again, at least this time it’s on the same day just later in the day.
The mortgage company wants me to call right after the inspection so they can order the appraisal. If the inspection is bad there won’t be an appraisal.
I hope this is the end of the delays.

'Tis a gloriously warm and sunny 85 Amurrkin out and here I am stuck inside. Le sigh. On the plus side, OYKW wants to take me out for dindin to the really good local steak place. YAY! I guess the grilled chikin strips, rice and green beans I had planned can wait until tomorrow.
Y’all are stuck with me for another year. For some reason I looked up the expiry date for my charter membership and discovered it was close so I re-upped.

The 'lotment is indeed becoming far too overgrown- my strimmer’s broken, and I really need to decide if I should buy a replacement part or just suck it up and get a whole new one. It was never very good or reliable, and is this just throwing good money after bad?
Either way, I need to do something fairly soon, or the mess will get me into trouble, and I need to be a terribly good tenant if I’m going to be allowed to get bees.

Irksome Moanday at irk today. I dashed out a little early cause I could. Why me? Why do I have to irk?

I did not find a food truck today, but yes **Swampy **people do eat food from them! In fact we have one around here called Chirba Chirba Dumpling that has 45 minute to 1 hour wait times if you don’t get to them right when the open up. And they are worth the wait. Steamed dumplings to die for. We have some other really good ones here in the Triangle too. Love me some food truck grub.
