Alright, I convinced Mrs.Maxx that since we have no plans this weekend (Her company picnic was pushed back a week), that we should attend this shindig you folks call Gettysdope. She has even offered to make homemade egg rolls. (Awww yeah!) So You can add Mr. & Mrs. Maxx and the two Maxxkids to the invite list. My MIL may or may not come.
Damn, this is like the week before the election – seeing which way all the undecideds break. 
BTW, whoever is keeping the Official List – Alan_Smithee is a “no.” (He’s in Arkansas – write your own damn joke.)

Out of curiosity, how old are the kids? I’m bringing two daughters, ages 5 (known, since last Gettysdope as mudgirl, and 14).
My oldest just turned 6, and my youngest is 3.

I baked cookies yesterday, four kinds total. The peanut butter ones are a bit dry, but the chocolate chip toll house cookies turned out great! Next up are the moon pies…
