Are there any global surveys that attempt to determine which country’s population is voted the best-looking or most attractive in the world by the majority of other populations (from other countries)?
Obviously the survey would have to be split up into male-female preferences.
A while back I remember a TV program that put Italians males and Finnish girls on top, but I’m not sure of the validity of the report.
Are there any recorded (and therefore confirmed) survey figures in existence?

I frequently hear that Brazilians are the prettiest/sexiest people around.
I was going to say Brazil. In my experience the Brazilian women are by far the friendliest, and that counts a lot toward their attractiveness.
Most sexy? Is that considered an acceptable comparative form of sexy? Sounds more silly than sexier to me :dubious:.
As far as women go, Venezuela always seems to be prominent.
For men, well it’d have t’ be Australia, I reckon. 
Oh…‘sexiest’, I was all ready to join a rant about women earning 70% of what men earn, the lack of female multi national CEOs, women forced into prostitution to live and when was there going to be a woman president of the US!
I think per capita there are more attractive people in Spain than anywhere else I’ve been, with the possible exception of Downtown NYC.
For any size queens out there who blur the line between male size and sexiness: I’ve heard (from 3 different sources) the east coast of Adriatic Sea; from Albania up to Slovenia has the best equipped gents…Just be careful & tiptoe through the minefields
Colombia’s main exports are coffee, blow, and swimsuit models. They get my vote!
As someone who lived in Brazil for a decade, I can tell you that I didn’t see that many Jordana Brewsters around…

For best-looking people, I vote for Trinidad and Tobago. We’ve got the African/East Indian (with a smattering of Syrians and Chinese) blends.
Spain isn’t bad, either.
I’m always pleased to see comments like this; it reaffirms my good fortune in having married a Brazilian woman. Now I feel bad because I can’t offer any facts for this GQ.

While it doesn’t directly answer the question “what nation is the sexiest?”, you could use some of this to draw your own conclusions.
I’d say Denmark. Back in architecture school, there were always several exchange students from Denmark who would attend each semester. They were ALWAYS, without exception, tall, blonde, blue-eyed, abnormally thin, abnormally busty, drop-dead gorgeous supermodel type uber-Nordic women. ALWAYS.
Oh, surveys … nope. Don’t know of any. Sorry.
Obviously this is highly subjective and it is almost unanswerable if you don’t narrow the scope somewhat (such as what women American men find most attractive). Beauty standards around the world vary drastically. I show I watched on human sexuality mentioned that there are only TWO traits universally agreed upon worldwide…health and youth (not children of course but rather young adults).

Given those admittedly broad parameters (above) one can see why Brazilian and Spanish women rank high (dark hair, beautiful eyes, easy-going personalities, etc.). I’ve been to Spain and the women were indeed beautiful. My friend recently got back from Brazil and she said the women were the most beautiful she has ever seen.
However, I will say I think America has the best selection. Probably our Melting Pot past but there is something here for everyone…whatever your tastes, gender or sexual orientation.

My aunt claims the best looking men she ever saw were on the French Riviera and Monaco. According to her, Parisians weren’t anything special, but go to the Riviera and – WOW!

But the moral of this thread is; if you ask a daft factual question in GQ you get a whole heap of IMHO answers.
