Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and well already caffienated and brekkied. 'Tis 37 chilly degrees Amurrkin out and windy with a predicted high of only 51. BRRRRR! Also supposed to be windy all day.
Today is brunch day over to the church house. Thus, I have chikin laigs bakin’ away as I post. Also, I made enough N.O.T. sallit to take today along with two gallons of unsweet tea. That’s right, unsweet. I’m a southerner and I made unsweet tea. Get over it. 
Whilst I was over to the church house on Firday, I made three gallons of sweet tea for today, so there’s my redemption. After brunch we have a meetin’ of Lectors (the readin’ as opposed to the cannibal kind), Chalice Bearers, Acolytes and Ushers. I am a Lector and an Usher so it’s like I’m attendin’ two meetin’s at once. We are promised a short and sweet meetin’. I’m givin’ 'em thirty minutes and I am outta there. YP and the Vergers have been forewarned of this.

It’s snowing again. Worthless fluffy snow. But hey, I’ll take it. Still more snow than we got last year, so apparently my Snowbringer abilities are recharging.
I gave the Variegated African Violet a blanket today to see if that will make it let its leaves down. Right now all the leaves are standing up. I think it’s because some of the outer leaves got chilled and are dying. 
I need to get it to look nice before I bring it back to Dad.

It’s been a lazy day. I mostly slept in, then **FCD **came to bed with a dog following him. If I am covered in paw-sized bruises tomorrow, we’ll know why! We lounged around till about 8:30, then decided it was time to get up and get breakfast. It’s gray and cold and overcast and ick outside. I’ve got the laundry going and I don’t intend to accomplish a whole lot today.
Long-range threats for possible snow on Wednesday - we shall see…

Had one of the worst weeks ever- no hyperbole. Can’t really go into it, but things kinda suck right now. No ones in jail or sick, thank goodness, but its not good. Nothing we won’t survive, though.

Home from deheathenization, brunch and the meetin’. It lasted twenty minutes, the meetin’ did. See, they do listen to me! 
Now I shal iron (or as we southerners say ahrn) shirts. Ick! Gotta, so I shall.
I killded the MMP! :eek: Takin’ a break from ahrnin’. I hates me some ahrnin’. However I do love me some one hunnert purcent cotton shirts.
Last night at 1:30 AM I was playing Crazy Eights with friends in a restaurant. I thought to myself: “Why am I playing Crazy Eights at 1:30 AM? What the hell am I doing with my life?” I answered myself: “I don’t know, but I kind of like it.”
(And no, we weren’t drunk. )

Every time I start this post it goes POOF!
I slept until noon today, I am so lazy and sloth like, or maybe I need the sleep.
It is a whopping 5 degrees above freezing outside, quite toasty inside. A little too toasty for me.
I have to go out and get juice for Sah-kid today. He can’t live without apple juice. I’ll drive but I’m making him go in.
I need to go to irk but I don’t wanna.
Laaaaaaazy day here.
We were going to go to the movies but decided we didn’t need to see anything that was in the theatre that bad. So after we had brekkie out made a quick grocery store run and we have vegged and caught up on DVR stuff.
Supper will be sausage and peppers and some veggies.
I need a nap also.

Got super busy outta nowhere and I am beaten up. I have been trying to keep up with my fellow Mumpers but have done a poor job. Next week shall be saner because I command it to be and that works, right?
I am going to curl up on the couch and sleep for a bit

I’m done ahrnin’. This is not the same as bein’ through with ahrnin’ but I am done with it for the day. I’s tahrd.
I had the AC on in the car this afternoon.
Nyquil definitely helps a lot. I think the allergy attack morphed into a cold, but I feel a good deal better today. I was even fortunate enough that the cat let me sleep in and didn’t start her “please get up and feed me” campaign until I woke up on my own (several hours after her normal breakfast time).
