Not only is the title misleading, not only did you dredge up a year-old incident to “make” your “point,” but when folks demonstrated how off-base your OP was, you resort to the two-fisted dodges of (a) trying to smear Air America with guilt by association, and (b) whining about being a po’ unfairly persecuted rightie on the SDMB.

Yeah, I know, this is like pitting the sun for being hot, or water for being wet. But it’s Friday, and that Air America thread has too much Moto-branded stupidity to be addressed in a non-Pit thread, IMO…
I’m not sure that political progress will be made in America until factions of both major parties decide that they will no longer tolerate corruption — not just in their opponents’ camp, but in their own.
I have a comment that I could not find a home for in any of the other threads he’s involved in right now.
Whenever a list is made of the honest, principled conservatives on the SDMB, his name comes up. Why that happens is honestly beyond me. He is neither honest nor principled; he merely toes the party line, whatever it may be. Toady would not be too strong a word.
Yes, he’s conservative, and yes, he sometimes gets snarky (like that’s some kind of crime here), but I seem to recall several occasions in which Mr. Moto acknowledges that sometimes the other side can be right.
Airman nailed this one. rjung is a one trick pony, whos single contribution to the board is to do predictable “Bush is teh evil one!” drivebys wherever he goes. He’s hardly in a position to cast a first stone at anyone.
In any case, Moto is a considerate and thoughtful poster who contributes his ideas at the SDMB. However, those ideas being conservative ones, he’s bound to get piled on and pitted from time to time. I for one and glad he’s got thick enough skin to stick around.
