Give the Commanders a bit of credit for kicking the late field goal after gifting the Eagles a touchdown. This game is obviously not over, but Washington has to play a lot smarter on both sides of the ball.
Quite an entertaining first half.
Daniels willed that FG. His run and then subsequent pass to get it into short range with 6 seconds left was spectacular. I forget he’s a rookie sometimes.
Just one more data point that being very rich makes people become delusional.
I’m not sure why it annoys me so much that Brady keeps calling guys “studs.” But it does.

Well, the Commanders sure had a hell of a season in the year 2AS.
And suddenly a game of leap frog breaks out.
This last call from the officials sounded like they were scolding children, and they warned Washington that they might literally just award a TD.
(Which is now moot after an actual TD.)
LMFAO at all those offside penalties. I would have loved to have seen the refs award a touchdown there. Xeno’s Touchdown.

e. the Referee awards a touchdown to a team that has been denied one by a palpably unfair act.
I guess committing multiple offside penalties inside the 1 is denying the other team a touchdown?
It was a great year for the Commanders, and they have plenty of salary cap to work with next season. Hail to the Commanders!
If the officials determine that a team is intentionally and blatantly committing fouls to delay the game when faced with what is almost inevitably a score, then that seems to fill the criteria to me.
They did finally get a chance to run a play and of course it was an easy TD.
They absolutely performed beyond anyone’s expectations and I think the fan base has a lot to look forward to.

I’ve been saying this for a long time, but man does it feel different now. 
That had to be the craziest game I’ve seen in a while. From the first moment if you dared to blink you missed something.
The turnovers, the fake punt, the offsides at the inch mark. Just insane.
On to the chiefs/buffalo game.
Here’s my likes for the Buffalo / KC game so far.
Like. Matthew McConaughey as Mike Ditka.
Don’t like. The chances that Buffalo will come back. The game seems more out of reach than what the scoreboard shows.
Agreed. I’d like to see the Bills have a chance to get their first Super Bowl win, and the Chiefs are the new version of the Patriots: they’ve won the AFC in four of the last five seasons, and I’d like to see someone else.
I’ve never laughed at pro sports as hard as I did watching that second penalty today. The first one was funny enough and I was still chuckling when Luvu comes sailing over the top AGAIN
And now Buffalo has the ball and the lead. Opportunity to take control of the game.
