The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making Part Deux (Part 1)

Only the best men. Top Men.

And then he collapses when asked by the judge if he (Ghoulani) is alleging fraud - “No”.

I’m guessing the judge is just trolling him by not immediately dismissing the suit. Should be good reading when the judgement comes out.

Makes sense that Trump stooges would be protecting Caterpillar – one of the most corrupt and unethical companies in existence (i.e.- just like him) – against charges of tax evasion (i.e.- just like him).

A few years ago they threatened to move their entire headquarters out of Illinois when the state raised income taxes:

And here in Ontario, they demanded that workers at one of their plants take a 50% salary cut. When workers had a bit of a problem with that, Caterpillar closed the plant:

Quote from the article:
I’ve never had a situation where I’ve dealt with such an unethical, immoral, disrespectful, highly profitable company like Caterpillar,” [Canadian Auto Workers president Ken Lewenza] said in a telephone interview Friday …

I can see how Trump and Caterpillar management would the best of friends.

To which Trump says, “Hold my beer glass of water.”

…but do it with both hands and like in a super awkward way.

“Baliff, pull his hands out of his pants and whack his pee-pee.”

In her first public comment in many days, GSA administrator Emily Murphy, who has held up signing off on releasing funds for Biden’s Transition, has tweeted this:

This means something.

Nobody knows what

I think her cat probably tweeted that.

It’s hexidecimal code for “covfefe.”

“Everyone! Emily Murphy just made a drop!” will be the cry from the Qrowd. And it will be worked into the “game”, becoming another “clue” that leads them onward as they solve this great puzzle of conspiracies and subterfuge….

In other news, CNN’s Fact Checker has this to say about Trump’s tweets:

No matter what version of the story you believe – that she is a devoted Trumpist, or merely a civil servant trying to follow the rules – the fact is that, as I mentioned somewhere else, if she ascertains the election for Biden, Trump will have her out on the street within the hour, and replace her with a more loyal stooge. But failing to ascertain in the face of such a clear outcome is creating tremendous pressure on her from all sides, including Republicans with more than half a brain.

In short, she is caught between a rock and a hard place, and my theory is that she is totally falling-down drunk as a coping mechanism, and the tweet was either an incoherent attempt to say something or she fell on her phone and passed out.

It’s quite the stirring call to action. Not exactly a “Today is not that day!”, but you take what you can get.

It’s hard to tweet accurately when your hands are cuffed behind your back.

I give exactly zero fucks about how tough a position she is in or how much pressure she is under. She took up with pigs; she deserves to get shit all over her. She needs to do her fucking job, and if it gets her fired, then she can file a wrongful termination suit (for all the good that’ll do her). Anything else is willful obstruction of the process, and is endangering American lives.

But, as is noted on today’s Maddowblog:

And if Trump replaces her after she’s made a call to release the funds, it’ll be a fait accompli

You have some good points there, but it’s not clear to me that if she OKs the transition, that it would necessarily be a fait accompli. Sure, it would be unprecedented and absurd to try to rescind it, but I wouldn’t for a second put it past the orange man-child to do exactly that. It would be in keeping with everything else he’s doing.

That was my first thought: Cat? Butt?

ETA: Catbutt?

I would expect Cat Butt dialing to be waaaay more creative and more inscrutable than human butt dialing.

You and I think alike on a bunch of stuff. :slightly_smiling_face:

In a move of stunning brilliance, Trump is holding in-person holiday parties in the White House.

I wonder who will attend?

Nothing can go wrong here, nothing to see, pass on by, keep moving
