That makes the Prez, no matter where they be, a military target, as opposed to making the White House itself the military target. That is a big difference.
But also, in any society where the military is clearly subservient to the civilian government, you could make the argument that the President, Prime Minister, or whoever is in charge, is a legitimate military target. The US “Commander in Chief” thing is mostly unique in that it’s a formal title, and not just a de facto position. But there’s always been a “Gentlemen’s understanding” that such people were off-limits for military strikes. This is distinct from killing an admiral like Yamamoto, who is clearly a military leader first and foremost.
But turning the White House into a military installation gives just enough wiggle room for that gentlemen’s agreement to be ignored.

The Lying-Sack-of-Shit-In-Chief has signed an executive order changing the vaccine schedule so that the MMR vaccine is split into three separate components. Trump says that having them as one shot can be “explosive”.
So, to make antivaxers happy (for the time being), parents would have to manage a whole bunch of separate visitis to the pediatrician to get vaccines, creating more problems getting time off work and traumatizing children for absolutely no reason (not that this order apparently will force docs to administer separate currently nonexistent vaccines, but maybe AGs in red states will threaten prosecution of pediatricians if they don’t).
That’s our Prez - staying awake just long enough to ramble through a bunch of toxic nonsense.
