The Trump Administration: The Clusterfuck Continues (Part 2)

Yeah, two years is too close to an election for a Supreme Court nomination.

“I could’ve impeached Hillary Clinton”

Sure, big guy. Because you’re the very model of restraint and propriety.

It’s called that because it’s in the town of Hillsdale, Michigan.

My local PBS station sometimes has interview programs based out of there; that’s how I know about it. The shows I’ve seen leaned right but weren’t too far out there, yet.

There’s just no way the School Board, the City Council, or the Shield of the Americas would have voted to convict HRC.

No way. None. Not any.

I should think a sentient, intact POTUS would know that.

That only depends on the party likely to win the next election, and only if that party is republican.

There’s a gang rape case. Guess who the felon-in-the-oval feels bad for.

Here’s a wonderful thought exercise. Imagine, just for a moment, how the republicans in office would react if Barack Obama had said that.

Here’s the memo you missed changing the name of the country.

You just knew he was going to double down when caught breaking the law (again? still?)

Hyocrisy alert! Guess what the money he wasted on his illegal campaign ads was supposed to be used for. (The bolding is mine.)

All was not well in Scamalot.

More proof natural stupidity beats artificial intelligence.

And now the Magic Odd-Ball has a prediction about Canada.

While chasing down the big liar’s big lie about election threats, the dysministration is ignoring actual election threats.

Evidently the arch’s military complex is so super secret nobody who should know does know about it.

The felon-in-the-oval is trying to clear Nixon.

They can get up the wall, but are incapable of getting back down, duh.

If the Democrats win the Senate in November, Republicans will have two months to convince Alito and Thomas to retire (probably not that hard, especially Thomas; just offer luxury cruises for life) and jam in two nominees.

And voilá! Presenting Justices Aileen Cannon and Todd Blanche!

What’s in it for Ginni? She wears the pants in that family.

They’ve got little incentive. There’s a lot of ego involved with being a SC justice. And those two have in particular have shown they have every intention of milking the position for everything it is worth for as long as they can.

In the party of “what’s in it for me?”, there’s not a lot they can offer as inducement

Trump has doxxed Tom Cotton.

Fuck that Cotton asshole, but the least he could do is return the favor.

Trump’s shitting in tall Cotton now!

Last night the DOJ filed a motion to reinstate Trump’s press ban.

Are they are claiming that journalists sneak around the hallways and riffle though offices? Because otherwise, it sounds like their supposed problem is leaking staffers and that’s not the press’s fault. That doesn’t really bolster their case. But, then again, they are idiots.

If only we had a majority of Supreme Court Justices who had a deep and abiding respect for precedent:

Yeah. If only.

Also, ISTR that – at least – the lower courts were well aware that Trump’s actual reason for wanting to ban a few media outlets was that he didn’t like what they had to say about him or his Presidency.

We do.

Oh wait, I misread that. I thought it said “A deep and abiding respect for the President”.

Thomas would know not to fall for that. He is likely aware that the second he ceases being a SCOTUS Justice, Harlan Crow and the rest of his “friends” will stop taking his calls.

Not something by the T. Administration, but snark aimed at the T. Administration: comedian Jaye McBride has posted:

In a just world, this really ought to catch on.

Sounds good to me! I’ll get my cape.

The felon is literally selling access to the presidency.

I’m actually on board with the very last one. Let’s all fight, fight, fight the felon!

He’s now buying votes on the cheap.

And where is this money coming from?

Second verse, same as the first!

The felon-in-the-oval’s reaction to court orders: What order? I’m not aware.

The felon is definitely aware of it.

Killer Kennedy’s lousy legacy.

South Korea says they didn’t say what the felon says they said. TLDR: the felon lied.

&

Let it not be written; let it not be done. Thus sayeth the judge.

The felon admits he’s wasted most of the military’s weapons.

The felon does not buy American. (The bolding is mine.)

And here’s the hilarious part.
