None of these things are going to be built. They will keep being delayed and in constant need of more cash. They are being “funded” by private donations which means that everyone from Trump on down is skimming as much money as they can possibly get out of them. Steve Bannon did the same thing with private funding for The Wall, which was also never built. It’s what they do. And no one will go to prison for it this time.
Of all those, I expect the most likely is the last. Not the Hunger Games, just the UFC match. It probably has the least amount of work for people in the Admin, since most of the staging would be done by the UFC people.

Ignoring presidential libraries, then as I recall Reagan National Airport was called that after the passing of Ronald Reagan; Kennedy Airport, Kennedy Space Center, and the Kennedy Center were named that after the assassination of JFK; and the Eisenhower Executive Office Building was named such after DDE died.

The thing is, Trump bullshit aside, this is the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. There is going to be some kind of major event in Washington to celebrate that, even if it isn’t the white trash extravaganza Trump has been pimping.
And half the White House being a giant hole in the ground where the East Wing used to be is going to be a central feature in any such event. I’m not sure I could have intentionally come up with a better visual metaphor for the Trump Era had I been trying.

They should have been planning this starting a couple years ago. Of course, that was in a different Administration, so likely Trump tossed any of that planning away and came up with his Hunger Games. The question is, how much planning and prep have they done for the Trump ideas? Anything?
We can look at his “Birthday Military Parade” for an example of the level of quality these people are capable of. Yes, technically it was a “parade”, and it took place on schedule, but it was a pretty weak sauce embarrassment of a parade, that just highlighted how lame they are.
Give Trump a flag. Probably a Russian one, and just have him sit in a cheap lawn chair on the destroyed White House’s lawn with a Diet Coke. Done.
Oh, get some gold spray paint for the lawn chair so it will look classy.
