I’m not sure about part one, but IIRC the divorce didn’t go though correctly (Cox and Ted signed each others divorce papers by mistake, so neither of them were actually divorced) but lately Cox and Jordin had been getting along so well, they decided to get divorced for real, since they don’t play nice together as married people. Did that make sense?
