A ‘wet nurse’ was already a mother herself, nursing her own infant. The babies of the upper class were handed off to the care of the ‘wet nurse’, who shared her milk. Wet nurses made a living this way. (not particularly upper class women did this, any new mother whose milk didn’t come in would have to find a wet nurse. But the upper class women were more likely to want to get back into their social routine, being ladies in waiting, nobility, fashion plates, etc. and didn’t want to be tied down at home nursing infants like the lower classes.)

Red Snapper! Verrry tasty!
I called it! Hah!
That wasn’t too hard of a call, to be honest. It was the equivalent of saying “Merle is still alive.” Had you called that Lori was still alive, or even undead, and it turned out to be true, I would have been impressed. People who called Sophie being in the barn - that would have impressed me.
I forget, in last week’s episode did the Governor send Merle and the red shirts (band name!) out to find and kill Michone or was he out there looking for his brother?
My mom was convinced that Lori was alive. Her theory was that Carl was unable to kill her and after they all left, Carol would show up out of nowhere, save Lori and they’d all come back in some shocking revelation. Needless to say, I wasn’t very supportive in this theory lol
