**Nut **- thanks! Now that you mention it, I’ve heard of terrace homes here also, but I’m not sure the name was connected (ha!) to row homes.
Supper was sketties. **FCD **wanted steak and salad, but I had no steak and only 'maters and radishes - not much of a salad. Tomorrow, I’ll get some dead cow and a sack o’greenage - and supper is planned for Sunday! 
Meanwhile, the dishwasher is washing and I’m about to assume the crochet position and finish some purple slippers.

It’s a cool 56 degrees outside but it’s supposed to get up to 80.

I think I am heading out to Hagerstown today, I should stay home and irk because this weeks paycheck is gonna suck. I’m going to look at some living room furniture. I don’t want to spend too much money until I sign the papers. Even though I have the keys and the house has been taken off the market, something could still go wrong and WTH am I going to do with a bunch of stuff and no place to put it?

Good morning! I just heard **FCD **turn on the shower, so I will head back there in a second for my turn. Breakfast out, then gotta figure out the new rules for catching crabbers - they want us to go after the ones who haven’t reported anything yet this season to make sure they’re not cheating. So we shall see how that goes.
The For Sale sign is finally down across the street and I saw a strange truck in the garage, so I’m guessing the closing finally happened. I’m taking that as a good sign for sari!

Back from breakfast and WalMart. I got the yarn for my niece’s wedding afghan. Now I just need to figure out how I’m going to do my future nephew-in-law’s afghan, then buy the yarn for that. Wedding’s in June, so I’ve got time.
We’ve got a crabber, so we’ll be leaving again in about 30 minutes. Other than that, nothing on the agenda for today. It’s a beautiful, sunny, cool day. It can stay like this for the next 2 months as far as I’m concerned, altho we’ll be gone for up to 2 weeks in October, so we’ll get stuck in Florida heat. ugh. I’ll deal with that when the time comes. Meanwhile, aaaaaaaaahh!!

I had a message from my mother when I got back to da cave. My uncle (her brother) had a heart attack around five this mornin’. He’s stable now and in ICU at the horsepistol in Ye Olde Hometowne. Mom said he was havin’ some coffee and yakkin’ up a storm when she left there a little while ago. Anywho, good thoughts, prayers, etc would be muchly appreciated for Uncle Martin.

Back from a successful crabber check. The guy had the good graces to come in early, so we got home early. Yay! We stopped at Food Lion on the way for salad fixin’s and a purdy London Broil which is marinatin’ at this very moment. Supper will be yum!
How do you cook London Broil, Faitychat? I grill it for a few seconds and slice it is thinly as I can.
I’ll probably broil it, tho I might just toss it on the George Foreman. We’ll see how I feel at dinnertime. I’ve also been known to rotiss it.
I am not a caveman; I am civilized & therefore have multiple ways of cooking a steak, both inside & outside. I do not eat steak that is still mooing! Yeech!
Rotiss a London Broil? Isn’t it too long & thin for that? I usually rotiss something more along the lines of an eye roast.
My rotisserie will handle a London Broil easily - this one in particular is fairly broad, or I could put it in the fish rack. We have the technology!
