I wonder if there’s a civil suit here? Especially for potential infertility or even childbirth defects? An attack to the testicles like this could really screw up a guys equipment. If he’s even still producing sperm there’s no telling how messed up they may be.
Pain and suffering is another obvious big issue too. But, I’d be a lot more concerned about the equipment still functioning.
