I really like smoked herring. Anyone else like smoked herring? You buy a tin, it’s $2. Lots of fish. Omega-3 fatty acids and all that, good for the heart. Decent protein to fat ratio. Great on sourdough, but eat too much of it in one sitting? Bam! It’s like getting slapped in the gut by a 5’ wang. Pain beyond pain, friends.
