Excuse me, excuse me.
I was addressing her, not you.
Excuse me, excuse me.

When did I whine?
What or who are you someone that attacks the latest pinada so you can get over with the other posters here? You sound like the little guy behind the gang boss that yells “Yeah! Take that!” every time he says something.
Attention seeking dickwad finds troll thread. 100 posts later…
You’d never call me that to my face, so don’t do it here, Keyboard Commando.
Yes, maybe everyone else in the thread was a troll. That could be one possibility.
Who is forcing you to take part in this ugliness?
Why-would it make you cry?
Yes, but only because you’d have already run from the room.
I have to agree. I don’t often level accusations of cowardice at people, but this was a clear cut act of cowardice. Contrary to both the interests of the employer and the customers. The only honorable thing for him to do now is march into his supervisor’s office, lay out the situation, and tender his two weeks notice—with the additional offer that he is willing to quit immediately if his employer will allow it. Him that’s dishonored himself. He might well make himself ineligible for unemployment benefits quitting like that, but what is money in the face of personal honor?
No one. But am I supposed to sit and do nothing while unfair accusations and insults are thrown at me by the SDMB mob?
Another protected poster.
I was always taught don’t post something you wouldn’t say to someone’s face.
I’m right here. And willing to meet in any “room” you want if I can get there.
Yeah, my employer would be really angry with me I didn’t throw a black woman out of our booth for no good reason. What a stupid comment.
This recurring question seems to haunt your troubled existence.
Ignoring the ‘Do Not Sit’ sign wasn’t a good reason?
It was your job to keep those seats free of asses. You failed—willfully so. And you did it (or failed to do it) specifically because of the woman’s race, no less. If the word “coward” seems distasteful to you, I can think of another word perhaps more fitting for that.
I mean, let’s be clear, there is something problematic in assuming a black woman is going to “play the race card,” no? Almost, like… stereotyping? Based on race?
Like, you assumed that being as she was black and all, she would naturally refuse to respond to a polite request, but instead jump right to…?
Your parents taught you etiquette for posting on internet message boards?
Ghod damn, that is funny.
You are right, OH MY GOD, I stood aside while one person sat on our furniture. Not only should I be fired, shamed on the Internet but also blackballed and never be allowed to work again. How HORRIBLE.
Definitely
No your Mom did, the other night. It was hard for her to do so, for obvious anatomical issues.
