However, for women, the advice is apparently different. If you are a woman you immediately run off out of the thread, never to return, and gossip with other people thru PM to try to drum up helpers to pile on. You do not have to be religious to follow the Golden Rule. It’s a very human thing to feel empathy and sympathy for another human. Lack of empathy shows a serious design flaw in you and is a symptom of those that develop sociopathy and psychopathy. And my therapy degree is much better than the Trump Online University one @Sunny_Daze seems to have what with her hurt them now, help them later plan. Just to give a simple example, so you and @Sunny_Daze have a chance of understanding. When Hitler was killed, 90% of the world rejoiced and felt no empathy at all for him. Because, well, he was Hitler. He massacred millions of people just because he thought they were inferior to him. Maybe you’ve seen picture books and had an adult explain this stuff to you. The whole cattle trains, work camps, death camps, mass murders, Zyklon B. This is a normal time to not feel empathy or sympathy for someone.
You and @Sunny_Daze chose to attack a middle of the road poster, who probably has never even drawn a mod note in all his years here, is sick from cancer and his cancer treatment drugs, has his immune system compromised so he can’t get a covid vaccine nor fight off covid if he gets it. Sometimes he is sick enough that it is difficult to post at all. The Dope was a big part of his life this year, he probably thought people here were friendly if not exactly friends.
