It’s probably just rumors, like the last 20 times, but a hobbit can dream…
Rumors apparently started when Trump’s staff suddenly announced he would not be making any more public appearances today, which implies he would not be playing golf this afternoon. Apparently, for him not to play golf today is surprising.
Assuming he’s still infesting this world, we should expect to see him, next time we do see him, wearing a glove. Or else a really thick slab of makeup. (Odds are he will have had whatever treatment it is that requires he be infused through the back of his hand.)
Everytime I hear or read the words “Walter Reed,” I get a real strong hankering for champagne. It’s almost pavlovian.
I can just see the chapters in future academic tomes: The Trump Era: Rewiring American Brains.
If only him not existing any more would stop many millions of Americans, and hundreds of millions of others, being total arseholes bereft of any empathy or understanding. Not realistic and overly simplistic thinking.

I don’t know, I’ve not read everything. But I think that the idea Trump disappearing will change much is optimistic to say the least. He’s just one person (albeit a deplorable one).
I’m eager to try it.
