We need to attack their comfort zone. Even if they are never going to change—and they likely never will—we need to take away their cozy rationalizations, and one of those is that all the big Republicans genuinely admire Donald Trump. As the compilation-video shows, this is not true.
It makes clear that all the Big Republicans are merely going-along-to-get-along. They have no principled reason for supporting someone they despise (Donald). And the voters need to be forced to confront that, even if it won’t change their votes.
(Actually it might induce some of them to stay home instead of voting, to avoid the entire unpleasant subject. And that would be a win for decency.)
Make her the Press Secretary and she’ll fucking melt. Imagine her being stuck with the White House Press Corps while Trump is out there with his ass unwiped. She’d last for ten minutes, tops.
After Trump dies (and may it please all gods great and small, soon) it will be interesting to see what happens to her. I don’t see a bright future ahead of her without Trump although her inevitable tell-all book will certainly have some interesting… nuggets.
I feel like if Biden had threatened to airstrike Wall Street, it would be more an issue. Like, 72 hours straight of “time to put grandpa in a home” news coverage type of issue. For Trump it’s just a typical Friday, nothing to see here.
Yeah, she wouldn’t be able to handle all the interactions that make up much of a Press Secretary’s job. She needs to be basking in the sunlight of the Deity every waking hour, not fending off annoying questions from Kaitlan Collins.
As for the “snapping” in general: I was wondering about that. Is the Deity safe when his worshipper is so…flaky?
I guess so, but groupies don’t usually stay for years with the rock star. (The rock stars tend to prefer a serial sequence of groupies.) And the groupies aren’t in charge of all access to the rock star, who usually will also be talking to a manager, agent, etc. on a regular basis.
I’ll give you the ‘fanatical devotion’ and ‘willingness to perform menial tasks in order to please,’ though.
People are starting to talk about Natalie. That isn’t good for her- first of all not everyone can handle being in the public focus. But more importantly, Donnie will now see her as taking attention away from him. He can’t have anyone stealing his thunder. He’ll throw her out on her ear.
