The Barron assassination news was posted in the wrong thread. There are plenty of Trump threads in the Pit that it would belong in.
Sadly, Trump doesn’t seem to be doing any faster than the rest of us. He’s old, he’s in bad shape, but i haven’t seen any signs of imminent death.
While, of course, I take your point, I would argue that a nation-state/foreign actor putting a hit out on ANY Trump might be tangential, but wouldn’t be orthogonal.

Naw, any violent death of Trump would be a disaster for the US. I’m rooting for a stroke while he’s televised.
There are things he might have done that would surprise many, and they all involve Donald doing something kind for, say, a black person. If Mel had proof that Donald had done what Arnold Schwarzenegger did do----father a child by a non-white woman, and then go on to support both woman and child----that would be profoundly disturbing to MAGA minds.
Of course it’s not impossible that Donald was less insistent on White Women a few decades back and could have fathered a child. But it is absolutely inconceivable (heh) that he would have provided a penny of support to either mother or child.
So, realistically speaking: What Melania Could Tell, something that could actually harm Donald, is much more likely to be related to his being weak and/or sick. She may know things about his actual diagnosis or actual symptoms that would genuinely bother his fans. Video of his diaper being changed, for example, would disturb them…and all it would take would be a recording device discreetly left in the right place.
It’s not impossible that Melania has provided herself with something of this kind, and let Donald know that ‘if something happens’ to her, it will be released.

I’ll go back to reading the obituary pages assiduously – oh, hell, who am I kidding? I’ll just tune in to CNN once a day or so, or look for the email blurt from one of the news sources I follow.
Well, we know at least one of Epstein’s victims was trans.
We know Trump hates trans people.
We also know Trump is particularly vulnerable to hoaxes.
So what I think happened back in the day is that Epstein (with Melania’s involvement) told him that the semen of a trans person was basically the fountain of youth. Cue Trump over-consuming it in his habitual manner to the point where Epstein now cannot spoil the joke because of how far it has gone, so he plays along (as documented in that creepy birthday letter about their “shared secret”). Epstein knew that one day Trump would figure it out but until then, he would just try not to laugh. And then that day came and that’s when Trump stopped talking to Epstein.
