Sounds like a booming cause. I’m in. Given that tubas seem to cost around $1500-$35000, and schools and communities have additional important needs, could we later have a poll among the donors for how to disperse the money? Perhaps criteria like amount donated and percent of vote for a particular cause could help to determine how to disperse the money.
