I don’t know Swampy, the ones I made yesterday were pretty good but I did pan fry them in bacon grease and sprinkled with parmesean.

Hey guys. Many thanks for your comforting words. My Black Friday started with the traditional post turkey day breakfast ( Deviled eggs & pecan pie!) which was a good omen.
We are having a make peace over the leftovers party at my house tonight 
Black Friday…I endeavor not to set foot in a department store between Thanksgiving and my birthday in February.
Worked on the trailer. Replaced the foot valve on the well pump. installed a threshold and magnetic latches and painted some.

Flytrap I don’t know about your particular model but generally the pump is on the bottom accessible through the panel below the door. They are IME the unit in the center, the water lines and electrical go to it. PM me if I can be any help

Played hooky from work today with my sweetie and saw Dark Knight Rises at the $2.50 theater. Yay for cheap movie seats. And clandestine dates.

Tiring of left over turkey, I had corn on the cob, brussels sprouts and yet more left over hamburger…something that Mrs. Plant v.3.0 loves, her sole fault.
Mrs. Plant had hamburger something, stuffing, and despite declaring that she would not eat any, neither with a fox, in a box nor wearing socks, some of my corn.
Oh yes, and some vile stuffed mushrooms from Kroger.
I just made some cream cheese corn, which consisted on 3 tbs butter, 6 oz cream cheese, black pepper, and two cans of corn heated until it’s all melted together. It’s as yummy and fattening as it sounds. Yum. I ate the whole thing. Judge me.
Blurf. I forgot to buy beer. All I have in the house is liquor(Liquor? I just met her!;))

Did I mention the other day that my phone is possessed? I think I did. I talked to someone on Wednesday and they were supposed to send a phone ‘overnight’ to arrive today because of the holiday. I waited all damn day for it to get here and it didn’t show. :mad: So, I called Verizon and they said that the last guy I talked to made notes that the screen was bad but never ordered a new one. So now I have to wait until Tuesday. :mad::mad::mad:
The real problem is that I have a show tomorrow and I use my phone to process credit card payments. I’d certainly hate to run a payment and have the phone decide that I was going to charge someone $500 instead of $5. Fortunately my mom also has a smartphone so we’re going to trade for the day and we removed all of the numbers in my contact list so that it doesn’t randomly try to call people if she has to use it.

And, on that note, it’s bedtime. I’ve been working pretty much nonstop for the last 10 hours of the day to get ready for this show and I’m tired.
Oog! I am contemplating an early bedtime just to get away from my roomies. They’re fighting over what movie to watch like the world will end if each doesn’t get their way. And plus, one won’t watch any movie if it’s in black and white. I’m crossing appropriate appendages I’ll get that new place I spied.
Turkey day was pretty nice. First turkey at my friend’s mom’s place, then at his brother’s. Nummy all around and no awkward questions bout the not-ending-in-marriage thing we’ve got going.

Blurf! I know, I know, day’s almost over. But I can still blurf on behalf of everyone who’s sick and has bad phones and frozen laundry and no booze, right? Got stuffed moved; miss the washer and dryer already. Oh, and the fridge, lol. Moving the couch was hardest, and I was certain we were going to break it, several times. Hopefully it’ll survive being moved again, whenever we get to bring it out again, and is ok. And all I want to do is clear the clothes off the bed, take a shower and climb in. Quite a bit temp difference ain’t it!
Ok that’s about all I got for now. I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Also purtification must commence. Fortunately I have packed necessities for overnight already. I still must stop and feed twuck which I could have done yestiddy but I didn’t so there ya have it.

Good morning and ow, ow, owie. My shoulder is not happy at all today. Somehow I did something to it about a month ago at water aerobics (of all the stupid places) and all my heavy lifting last night has made it hurt pretty bad this morning.
I didn’t get around to mentioning this last night, but I wanted to say that Tao was right. Yesterday was four months since D passed away. I wouldn’t even have mentioned it and it wasn’t one my mind quite so much as it had been the previous months, however, as I was working outside and had a thin jacket on that I’d already worn a couple of times this season, I stuck my hand in the pocket and pulled out a movie ticket stub. It was from our Valentine’s day date. We didn’t see each other on the day because one of his coworkers was on light duty and he’d been picking up lots of overtime, but he made sure to take time for us to go to a movie and have dinner a couple of days after. It was a good day.
Ok, off of here now because I have to get ready for my show and eat some breakfast. Happy Saturday to all!
